Our Services

  • Hearing Testing
The hearing test includes obtaining air and bone conduction thresholds to determine the softest sounds that you can detect. This is followed by speech testing to find out how softly you can hear speech and how well you understand it. A test of middle ear function is also administered to determine if there are any middle ear problems that would indicate the need for a medical exam.
  • Electronystagmography
Electronystagmography (ENG) is a specialized test to evaluate vertigo. Vertigo can be associated with disorders of the inner ear related to viruses, traumatic head injuries, toxic agents (i.e. medications and chemical exposure), neurologic impairment, and other disease processes.
  • Hearing Aid Consultation
If it is determined that hearing aids may prove to be beneficial for your hearing, your particular communication needs will be evaluated to advise you in selecting the appropriate style and technology needed to improve your hearing.
  • Hearing Aid Repair
We can repair many brands of hearing aids in the office. If we are unable to repair a device, we can send it to the factory for warranty repairs or for out-of-warranty repairs for a fee.
  • Assistive Listening Devices
In our office we also carry assistive listening devices. These devices are intended to enhance your hearing without a hearing aid or to supplement a hearing device. These products include amplified telephones, TV listening devices, alarm clocks, and other alerting devices. We offer a full line of products for the hearing impaired and keep some on display in the office.
  •  Custom Earmolds
Custom earmolds are available for hearing aids, noise protection, swimming, music listening devices (iPods and MP3 players), musician earplugs, and communication equipment.
